These are a few of my favorite things to make in the kitchen !

Chili Dip :

A favorite at every party, great for having friends over for a ball game or even for a quick easy dip for your biggest gathering.

1.  two blocks of cream cheese

2.  two cans of chili  (1 can -beans / 1 can -NO beans)

Empty two cans of chili into crock pot/slow cooker or any adequate sized pot on the stove and slowly melt in the blocks of cream cheese.

Yep, it's that easy, and everyone will beg you for the recipe!

World's Greatest Burgers:

When Bar-B-Q in' burgers, it's easy to slap some frozen patties on the grille but, for a HUGE change of pace try these.

1.  Fresh ground beef

2.  1- Large Onion

3.  Bull's Eye BBQ Sauce (or your favorite bbq sauce)

4.  Garlic Salt

5.  Fresh Ground Pepper

6.  Fresh Buns, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Ketchup, Mayo -you know the rest of the spread...

Dice onions into small pieces on a cutting board, Place large amount of ground beef into a XL bowl, mix in onions and ample BBQ sauce by hand.  (Yep you're gonna get a bit messy on this one but, the pay off is worth it)  Form Large patties and place on the BBQ grille on med-high heat.  Cook well on the first side before flipping.  These will be soooo juicy that too much flipping will break them apart so, watch closely.  Apply Garlic Salt and Ground pepper while flipping on the Grille (to taste).  MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Ice Cream maker's can be purchased at most Rite-Aide's and are usually very inexpensive, especially when weighed with HOW-MUCH FUN you will have with your kids making and eating this!

2.  3/4 cup granulated sugar

3.  2 cups heavy cream, well chilled
